Terms of Service

CreamSync is an internal tool built and operated by Creamaholic Studio for our own team’s use in scheduling and publishing social media content. It is not offered as a public service, and these terms govern use by Creamaholic Studio team members only.

Acceptable use

CreamSync may only be used to prepare, review, and publish content on behalf of Creamaholic Studio’s own connected social media accounts. Team members are responsible for the content they upload, approve, and publish through CreamSync, and for complying with each connected platform’s own terms of service and community guidelines.

Human approval

Every post drafted in CreamSync — whether written manually or generated with assistance — requires a team member to review and approve it before it is scheduled or published. CreamSync does not publish content without that approval step.

No warranty

CreamSync is provided as-is, for internal use, without warranty of any kind. Creamaholic Studio is not liable for content published through the tool, publishing failures, or any consequence of connected platforms’ own policies, outages, or API changes.

Changes

These terms may be updated as CreamSync’s features change. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the current terms.
